Bucky, are you alright?

I'm fine.

[Hie ego might be a little bruised. But that's nothing compared to what happened while they were unconscious.]

Still standing?

Are you sure? Getting drugged is not fun, you're not feeling sickly or something?

[ Peter can sympathize with the bruised ego feeling, that suck. ]

Yeah, but only because one of the orbers with healing powers put me back together. Having a building fall of you, it's not an experience I want to repeat.

[starer]

Ain't the first time I've been drugged.

[And probably won't be the last time either. Especially since Redwing has been armed up with tranqs now.]

Sounds like a few of the team were caught out.

[spacedisaster]

I'm sure that sounded reassuring in your head. Not so much when I read it.

[ Listen, what Bucky and his boyfriend's droid get up to in their free time is not Peter's business, he won't judge but...plz do not get drugged that often, Bucky. ]

We were, yes. Almost everyone is fine now, but Blue is in a coma.

[starer]

The guy who magically blew up a tower is in a coma. Makes sense.

[No, it really doesn't. But magic is never going to make any sense to him.]

[spacedisaster]

Not magically, Blue has psionic powers.

[ Peter thinks that is different...somehow. Just don't ask him in what sense. ]

He was helping to stall the guards, either keeping them from moving or creating barriers to protect others orbers from the bullets. But his health is compromised and because he pushed himself too far, his powers went out of control. It was an accident.

[starer]

So he used his powers, despite his health being compromised.

[Not painting a good picture here, Quill.]

[ He's only explaining things as they are. ]

I know he's taking medication. Usually, if his powers fail, they stop working. What happened in the tower was the opposite, they grew beyond control. I think it was a first.

Either way, it was an unfortunate accident not something anyone wanted to happen.

[starer]

Doesn't change that it happened. People died.

[Not that there's anything Blue can do about it now. It's not like he can go and make amends on a planet they can't get back to.]

[spacedisaster]

I am well aware, I was there under the rubble too.[ He's been having nightmares about it all, in fact. ] I'm simply explaining what happened. I also know that it wasn't all right and that it can't be fixed.

We need to do better next time.

[starer]

Should be having that conversation with him then.

[Keep an incident like that from happening again.]

[spacedisaster]

I will talk to him once he wakes up. If...he wakes up at all.

[ He doesn't know if Blue will make it, and despite what whappened, the MU is one of Peter's close friends so the idea of him dying has Peter on edge. This conversation isn't helping, oh well. ]

[starer]

If he wasn't going to wake up, he'd be no use to the orbs. So he wouldn't be here.

[spacedisaster]

Do you mean, that the orbs would send him home if he were a lost cause?

[starer]

Well, yeah. We're here because we made a deal. Can't keep up his end if he's unconscious.

[spacedisaster]

Ah. Good point. [ That gives Peter some hope, at least. It's been hard dealing with what's going on with Blue because, powers notwithstanding, it reminds him about what his mom when trough with her ow illness. ]
